First-ever win for Democrats in Kosovo
For the first time since Serbia introduced a multiparty system in the early 1990s, the Democratic Party (DS) has won in a Kosovo municipality.

Read the article, genius. It says turnout was 62% - and that 40% of all Kosovo Serbs live in the area... this was a better turnout than the other elections recently.

Nice turnout for these legitimate Serbian elections.
On another point - we allow our ethnic Albanian citizens to run parallel structures. It's all part of the self-rule initiative.
