Serbia takes out USD 200mn loan

Finance Minister Diana Dragutinović says the government had signed an agreement with the IBRD on a USD 200mn loan for budget support.

All this money that serbia received should not be a loan IT should be given to repair what America destroyed in 99 serbia should not pay nothing back and they should get billions more .
