no statute the people are going to speak soon so its better to show them and tell them what this statute has in it before it gets out of hand. the serbian people are tired of these little games in serbia. we see america trying to split up serbia not this time.

The residents of Vojvodina are the only people who decide how they want to live. If 75% are Serbs (as Tom suggested for tenth time on his many comments) than Serbia should not be affraid. As the custom is Serbia will declare Vojvodina the Serbian Craddle, move in en-force to protect its people and done.

Vojvodina's autonomy will be the catalyst for further Hungarian nationalism throughout central Europe, in a more sophisticated format that is acceptable for consumption in the age of www.com. Slovak-Hungarians will take heart from their Hungarian brothers in Vojvodina. Let me ask people here: would the US Navy base in Naples start getting busy again if Serbia passed a similiar language law like the one in Slovakia? None of this matters since the winner of the Romanian rerun vote will end up needing the co-operation of the Romanian Hungarian political party. Take heart, Szeklers, your Hungrian brothers in Vojvodina will support you too! And then it spreads to Ukranian SubCarpathia, where measures like the Slovkian language law have already been implemented in the schools. Russia will really start getting excited once the Romanian nationalist reaction to Vojvodina inspired "autonomy" gives her the chance to act a "neutral, impartial peace keeper" to protect the various Hungarian diaspora communities from the various reactionary forces, including the Romanian reactionaries who want to stir up troubles in Moldova and Bukovina. Really, the best thing for Serbia to do is sit back and enjoy the ride! The Euro-Atlanticists won't know what to do! They do know, however, that if they tell the Slovaks, Romanians, and Ukraines to "stop it and be nice" in regards to Hungarian autonomy, or the www.com version of separatism, it will ruin the appeal of the Euro-Atlantic wet dream.

Should it be equal rights and unique "affairs" for all Serbians or you prefer, as per fact that Vojvodina autonomy is communist creation, that some of us are "more equal" then the others?

I know, it is difficult for people to forget about unconstitutional communist privileges, but you should try to manage so.
