Serbian officials are unofficially saying that the Dutch Foreign Minister Maxime Verhagen’s announced visit to Belgrade represents "more reason for optimism", and expect "the SAA to be unfrozen", and by a "unanimous decision of the EU presidents or prime ministers at the EU summit on December 10".
This looks familiar to me, something out of a Shakespearian comedy called “How to extract yourself from a corner but not look like you doing it”.
People, People how many times have I been saying that the EU will break their necks just to sign up Serbia to this EU paradise. I have no more to say, I just can’t stop laughing.

Does anybody care what the Dutch will do?

They should rather care about their own playground, because they are housing greatest extreme-right wing party leader in present Europe called wild Wilders.
It is estimated that he shall win 30% of vote in that "principle and justice loving" country. His spoken agenda says: No more Muslims in Holland and thorn the Mosques down, believe it or not?
If some Serbian political leader would say something similar...houps, there we are going under "principle freedom loving" EU sanctions again.

So, we need EU?
Yep, just to laugh at.
