Minister for Kosovo and Metohija Goran Bogdanović has meet with the UN mission in Kosovo, UNMIK, chief Lamberto Zannier.

What is that? What mission are we talking about? what do they do? Does anybody know why they get paid for doing nothing?

One thing is sure, if you would get paid by the level of your stupid comments, you'll be richer than Bill Gates!

I have posted here numerous times and there is more pro Kosovo independence than me.
The answer to your question is UNMIK is the one that insured that Kosovo could develop its self governing institutions. UNMIK is the one that transferred authority to Kosovo for self governence. UNMIK is the one who established a legal system in Kosovo totally separate from Kosovo. UNMIK is the one who when Russia and Serbia became so resistant to the Ahtissari Plan found a way around to get EULEX in the door. All it took was to create the so called 6 point plan (which only says that dialogue will happen on the major issues facing Serbian people in Kosovo-which is what the A-plan highlights) but because suddenly because Serbia could save face, the Albanians had to protest it.
This balkan curse of being anti-Serbian or anti-Albanian as a first priority is exactly what is keeping both Serbia and Kosovo in this stagnated mire.
Start focusing on what is best for Kosovo and it is the continuation of cooperation with all international organizations that are there trying to insure a future for all people in Kosovo.
UNMIK is the mouthpiece for Kosovo in the UNSC, if the only ones talking to UNMIK is Serbia, whose voice is getting heard.
