What's the big fuss about Tamiflu anyway? if it was a good protection against swine flu (or any flu for that matter) to begin with, why was a new vaccine necessary? When taken within 48 hours of the first flu symptoms - 30% of adults who have taken it felt better after 1.3 days, as compared to the ones who did not take it. In children the percentage is 26. That's all. It is up to you to use it, or not. You can always count on placebo effect, anyway,that helps too.You may also consider getting a timer that you don't mess up that 48 hours period.
