"group of 30 citizens... were convicted in 1992... five have been arrested...four have been released...one is in the middle of a retrial.a total of 80 Serbs from Croatia have been arrested according to international warrants, 24 of which were extradited to Croatia, and half of which were freed after further investigations or repeat court processes.
"

So these trials were held way back in 1992! At the START of the war. Somewhere between 50%-80% of these Serbs are let go after the evidence is looked at.

Combined with Mesic's comment that Serbs are returning because they are criminals. Its obvious that criminal charges are just being used as another tool to further the ethnic cleansing of Serbs.

The current Serbian Government has suprised me! No alleged war criminal is safe even in Montenegro. If the Serbs want to join the E.U they must arrest those remaining Serbs responsible for the most horrific acts imaginable to man during the Balkan wars. Serbia, Croatia, BiH, Montenegro etc. have had enough of war criminals and drug lords dictating to the people how things should be run. Arrest them all and lets move on to a better future for the next generation. Let there be peace!
