Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukčević says Serge Brammertz did not, "in a single word", say that Mladić is out of Serbia's reach.

Hopefully Ratko is at home in Russia to be back after the Tribunal's "judges" are retired from the US Army. Formally he is free to live anywhere he likes. If I were him I would chose Abkhasia as a safe and the most beautiful place in the whole world. To demand Ratko they will have to accept Abkhasian independence first.
