For years every now and again soldiers in the zone had to borrow food from zandarmerija. Thats how bad collosal moral rocks ministers and generals are doing their job. I'm glad at least some of the boys have decent conditions now no matter what jersey they wear :) in the end everyone plays in the same team in south.
btw since the base is i think five years too late i'd be a sucker for low profile and keep it modest NOW if i was generals and ministers. No big show.
