"Russian loan not before 2010"

hehe... let's talk about "brotherly" help... Russian conditions are even worse than IMF.

Is anyone surprised at this latest display of "Slavic brotherhood and unity"? Really - how long will it take for Srbija to realize that "the West" are your friends, not Brother Russia??

When will Serbia realize that neither the "West" or "East" are truly friends and that the only ones we can trust are our selves. Now I am very thankful of Russia's support to Serbia over Kosovo but I am also not naive enough to think that Russia is a "Slavic or Orthodox brother" constantly looking out for Serbia. Russia like the US and the EU, have their own interests just like Serbia does. Serbs take note the Russophiles are just as pathetic as the Europhiles in this country and that neither group of people are truly proud to just call themselves Serbs.

It really isn't fair to be setting such conditions for a loan but its not like its their fault our incompetent government has a deficit to begin with. Solve the bloated administration in this country and we won't be needing loans in the first place, at least not for plugging holes in the budget.

took the pro-western clochards serious and really wanted to help the people (metro, etc.).

but the yellow bunch with the handsome and nothing else president just wanted - again - to steal the money ...

don´t help them at all, any help will just prolong this "government" ...
