The picture is, if you are supported by the US and Germany, you are not responsible for your own war crimes, everyone else is. Duh!

A few stray artillery shells is common in warfare 'nobody;s perfect'.Just ask the Serbs who were positioned around Sarajevo-Do you get the picture?

Yes, the problem is that the tactic of "stray artillery shells" both sides used so effectively is being carefully studied by some wicked nazi white supremacists how to apply them in "future war" between races. And both sides are being praised for their effectiveness.

Basically, the tactics was to deliberately fire shells on the left first, to get people in panic and run right. Than fire way to right - to get them run left.

After few rounds the victims would gather in the middle - and there will be fired VERY PRECISELY. That way it would be achieved, the number of civilian victims would be maximized.

I would not believe it - if that wouldn't be described and highly praised in very detail on some white supremacist nazi scum web site. Not enough - these ex-ustashe and ex-"Arkan-Tigers" would add their own details. Because believe or not, these "veterans" were actually very friendly with each other and aided their US-nazi colleagues with vital experience (how to eradicate blacks and hispanics).

It looks, like they did find new jobs based on their fine experience. So much about these "stray artillery shells".

A few pieces of missing/shredded paper cannot stop Croatia entering the E.U. The Krajina leadership are to blame as they refused to implement the Z4 plan which states " The total surrender of the Krajina army". Mladic rejected this and so "Oluja" occured. What a joke. The Croats are still being protected by the Americans and the Germans who helped to plan it all. The HVO could barely tie its shoelaces without outside consultation. One of Gotovina's lawyer Gregory W. Kehoe has done previous work for the Pentagon, except for the last time:
http://www.gtlaw.com/People/GregWKehoe

"..Kehoe advised the Iraqi Special Tribunal formed to prosecute Saddam Hussein and members of his former regime...currently represents Croatian General Ante Gotovina, who was indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for leading a military operation in 1995 known as "Operation Storm."

So, he goes after enemies of America like Saddam Hussein, but seeks to defend allies of America like Gotovina because Gotovina has the skinny on all the help the US provided to the HVO.

If this information comes out at Gotovina's trial (which is what Kehoe is there to stop), it would make the US directly complicit in war crimes, not only materially funding, organizing and arming a group that it had reasonable belief that it would commit war crimes, but also that it did not use its influence to make sure that no war crimes were committed.

But of course the ICTY's remit is only for war crimes committed by those who live in the territory of the ICTY. It deliberately excluded investigation into war crimes by outside powers... That's justice for you!

Where the the firm Dutch stance on Croatia's bid for EU Entry? Oh ya, the double secret probation rule is in effect, similar to Animal House, staring Jim Belushi.

The Dutch only care about Mladic because he made them look foolish, incompetent, cowardly, and outmatched as they protected Muslim terrorists such as Oric.

As we continue to observe Islamic terrorism sweeping the plains, perhaps it's time to recognize Serbs for their defense against Muslim extremism? How many more World Trades, Bali's, Madrid's, Ft Hood's, and Beslan's must we endure before we face the music?

Wait a minute, are we by chance talking about double standards??
Am glad that Brammertz is insisting to uncover the truth eventhough it might exposed some very interesting involments of some EU/US countries at the beginning of the war.
Good luck to all the truth seekers!

Croats!!
As you understand the West is going to use your past wrongdoings (which the West organized/endorsed/designed) to put pressure on you to do as West pleases.

Of course, abstaining from similar criminal acts, against your brothers - Serbs, will be a good idea as well.
