Russian giant Gazprom and Serbia's public gas enterprise Srbijagas signed a contract to set up a joint company – South Stream Serbia.

Amazing how fast it suddenly went..., actually Russia/Gazprom is fulling backing this project for obvious reasons, financing isn't a problem while EU is still trying to find a common language regarding Nabucco, let alone be where the gas will come from and how it will be financed!
