"Insisted on" ?!! No wonder Vojvodina wants as much autonomy as it can get, if this is how Belgrade talks to foreign countries.

Kumma versteh'n, Oberbayern hot nix mit Niedersachsen zu tun, gell? Preiß is wie 'n Zugvogel: koa G'hirn 'nd zieht noch Süd'n.

In other words: Upper Bavaria and Lower Saxonia have nothing to do with each other. And Prussians are like certain birds: little brain + flying south. Well, that's the mentality in certain "highly developed" villages in scenic and beautiful Upper Bavaria.

Let's not be hypocritical: freedom and independence to Upper Bavaria! And not for no reason, the country is called "Freistaat Bayern" or "Free Country of Bavaria". Let that country be free, independent and with own currency B-Mark.

Any objections? FYI - and you know that like I do: "Boarisch" language and "Plattendeutsch" are further apart than Serbian and Russian. But of course, probably the same who love to see "Boarisch" and "Plattendeutsch" being spoken in the same country, also love the "Montenegrin" language being spoken in independent Montenegro.

Let's be consequent: if there is "Montenegro", than there is "Oberbayern". Not only "Oberbayern", but why Oregon or California needs to share some problems with Bible Belt or Appalachian region? If I say, I don't want to pay the "feds", the IRS won't appreciate it. But if I say a similar thing in Montenegro, than I am "pro-democracy".

The theft of Serbian culture and history by these so called "montenegrins" is revolting to say the least. I can't believe this government is spineless enough to do nothing and continue the long legacy Tito started of forming a "montenegrin" ethnicity and language which any educated individual will tell you is non existent. Serbia should continuously remind montenegro who made her and who rightfully owns her.

'Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Jeremić said that Serbia had recently insisted on opening three consulates in Montenegro, ...'

Why build something to promote something they already have? Serbia already has two of the best cultural centers in Montenegro: Cetinje and Monastir Ostrog.
