6 out of 8 is not "Some neighbors", it is most of the neighbors. 2 out of 8 is some neighbors. One is the poorest (Rumania) of EU states and the other is not even a state(Bosnia).

The point is that UN membership doesn't automatically guarantee sovereignty. Bosnia a UN member STATE has limited authority over it's territory.

Now the most powerful countries on EARTH have recognized Kosovo. They comprise nearly 80% of the GDP.

Bosnia and Herzegovina doesn't have limited authority on it's territory unless you mean that one of the three ethnic communities should have rule with the entire country. In that case they won't have authority in the entire country just for themselves.

Kosovo in the other hand is illegal state with no authority on the entire territory.
