Statute ”best current solution for Vojvodina”

Don't know why some here are blaming the Hungarians for the Vojvodina statute? Vojvodina is majority Serb. If this is not good for them why are they so quiet? Of course they want it. It means more money to them and less to their countrymen in the South. Serbs are somethimes their own worst enemy.
In the battle for Kosovo in 1389 it was a Serb who betrayed his onw people. In the battle for Kosovo in 1999 it was also a Serb who betrayed his people, Milosevic. We sometimes seem to forget that, and if this Vojvodina statute will come into effect it will be thanks to the decissions of Serbs and no one else. So, blame me, yourself and every other Serb rather than the Hungarians, the Ukranians and what not. We have the power to decide but we sometimes make decisions to benifit our own pockets and then blame everyone else. Sad but true!

egrasi i am sure you know the Hungarian population has dropped in the province your only about 200,000 now and the places where there was a hungarian majority is only slight are they are not anymore, so i hope this statute does not go through because i am sure the 1,700,000 Serbs in that area of serbia will be mad and the other 7 million serbs will be mad at the government so be careful.

Well clear enough...then Egeresi further continues that Serbian Constitution is not "in accordance with European norms" ?
Does not allow session of course?
So, know it would be the time to hit at the Serbia's highest legal act?

Do you mean, Egeresi, "European norms" which are planing to knock down our Serbia and divided it in as much peaces as it can be possible?
Please be clear explicit that we know what is the "ethnic Hungarians plan", drawn by Hungarian political leaders, for Serbia?

Adopting the "Vojvodina statute" is equally dangerous for Serbia as the Nato bombing in the time of Kosovo crisis.

Hmmm, Egeresi says the statue is the "best current solution" even though he continued to say that the statue can't provide anything since the constitution of Serbia needs to be changed. its well over 70% serbs and it does not say seperation and another thing for you albanians in kosovo its still not independent so what do you support kosovo to be independent are vojvodina with a 70%+ serb population.

Arta, obviously you dont know that Serbs are absolute majority in Vojvodina. That is something that everyone knows(everyone, except you). You should worry more
about independence of south Metohija(north albania) valley.

These Hungarians are schizophrenic. They're ideas subvert Vojvodina's autonomy and they are at odds with the like of LSV (Hungarians only want autonomy for Hungarians exclusively).

So they always support ideas on autonomy LSV support and which are further from their ideas then those of LSV.

Well at least they're voting against the demands of autonomists and seperatists, althnough for the wrong reasons.

Though I very much agree that Serbs can be often their own worst enemies, I think that in the case of this move = "statute" Hungarian backing and persistence is and was quite crucial and essential.

the statute wont pass if there is even a drop that says separation and to these albanians here did you know now in 2009 not 1989 that 35% of albania is none albanian so worry about your country that the greeks and Serbs gave you. 500,000 greeks want to separate from albania and go back to Greece and there is about 300,000 Slavic macedons there that want way more say than your giving them and there is about 60,000+ Serbs there that want more and they want to change their names back to Serbian names because they are using albanian last names from history, and also the 100,000 Gypsy's there if not more want more for their community so think when you speak because you will get bitten hard. in vojvodina there is over 70% Serbs =1,700,000 and next hungarians about 200,000 and the other communities are very small and dropping in populations if anything happens its the Serbs not wanting to be with beograd because of money its not separation its everyone wants money do all of you understand this . everyone just wants a piece of the pie in serbia so not only 1 eats that's all this is so the money gets spread all around the country.

Best and only current solution on the issue of "Vojvodina statute" is calling up the Referendum on the Serbian level!

Decision will be democratic and no one to be blamed upon.

Vojvodina is not issue of Kosovo Albanians! You just can't get it. Serbs are absolute majority in Vojvodina so there is no way this part of Serbia going to be independent. There is no comparison with Kosovo at all.

Vojvodina is not issue of Kosovo Albanians! You just can't get it. Serbs are absolute majority in Vojvodina so there is no way this part of Serbia going to be independent. There is no comparison with Kosovo at all.
