Indeed, this "is the best confirmation" that the western puppet regime of Tadic enjoys it´s helpless enslavery under the IMF´s banksters boot and punishing the serbs for being serbs.

Not much they can do as such, a serbian friendly government however would lend money from friends not NWO-"regime changers", IMF is Babylon.
