Russian Ambassador to Serbia Aleksandr Konuzin stated that it was necessary to modernize the current security system in all of Europe. I propose a lot of string tide to cans it works great in the dark and its pretty cheap. So when your enemy or crooks usually both the same come at night you know their up to no good. Your are sure to here them with all the noisy racket and expletive phrases then you get to clobber them. I should be some kind of European leader I come up with so many good ideas with out thinking but Russians Ahhh.

Foggy words by the Russian ambassador , only in Serbia there is a talk of a "New European Defense system ".. quite strange isn't it ?..
Actually there is NATO, and nothing else..yes some EU countries would like to have more power inside it but new Military investments are nedded and they are lacking ..or otherwise the US must make some steps backward ...
