Vuk Jeremić is Serbia's Foreign Minister so it is hardly surprising that he spends his time visiting other countries.

Now for what reason could he have gone to Thailand?

Rest assure, with 99.9999% probability for a different reason than some other (un)cultural minister did. Maybe OK for France, but somehow that is considered to be rather un-cool in the dirty, filthy and backwards area we live in.

Yes, I've also heard that Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva and Foreign Minister Kasit Piromya surf "beautifoully" ;)

Serbia is borrowing loans from Russia, China, and IMF to cover it's huge deficit hole in the budget while little vuk rides on a private jet around the world.
Now for what reason could he have gone to Thailand? Economic partnership??!! Nope. Thailand has said that it will keep it's stance towards Kosovo's independence private until the ICJ ruling. Perhaps Vuk will come out and declare the stance of Thailand on behalf of the Thai people. You know another one of his "victories".
