If the border between Kosovo and Serbia is administrative indeed how is that Serbian army or police can not cross it. [sic]

could it be because nato is administering the current security situation in kosovo?

It is an administrative boundary line not an administrative border line with Kosovo.

Read Resolution 1244 which is what is still legal.

Tell me if I'm wrong but isn't the same with Rumania, Bullgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia, and Hungary! The only administrative borders in Serbia are borders between Vojvodina and Serbia and Republika Srpska and Serbia.

no statute for vojvodina end of story ask the people of the province if they want it not the government nor anyone else. have the vote soon as possible its 75% Serbs ask how the people feel not what someone tells you and we know its the money hungry politicians in vojvodina that wants this and nobody else. so to the peoples of vojvodina speak now are pay from your pockets.
