“If Serbia controls its territory, then it must know where Ratko Mladić is located. If there is no answer to that question then they [Serbia] do not control their own territory, and there is a lot of trouble trying to answer the question whether, and if yes to what extent, Serbia is a legal state,” said Kacin.

Wouldn't you have egg on your face if he turned out to be in Slovenia?
Imagine if he was found in Moscow. Are you prepared to call Russia not a real country as well?

How many murderers are the FBI currently trying to find?
C'mon, go and tell the US they are not a real country if you have the guts.

what a clownish statement. there are plenty of people in hiding in many countries and authorities in those countries can't find them even though they are trying hard. and i don't want to think what kind of country knows location of every individual on its territory *shudder*

The best way to deal with EU is for Serbia to tell him where to put his trade agreement and watch the EU go in panic overdrive, issuing press statements saying he was taken out of context. Another lame technocrat trying it on.

I am record saying that western politicians/administrators are the worst ever in history. No matter where you live in the west, they are all the same – brain dead and they only promote only the brainless. That is the very reason for the financial meltdown.

If you can be so affirmatif about his location, i.e. Serbia, it means you know for sure where he is...
You certainly know whom then to contact to have him arrested, JUST DO IT for everybody's sake!

As it has been noticed and said for 1000 times already: this was not the condition for Croatian start(and completion) of EU negotiations?

So, what this Kacin thinks: we are ALL braincells deficient ?
