Army chief: Safety Zone is safe

This safety zone, between Serbia and Albanian part of Kosovo must be kept safe from any Albanian separatist activities. This is where the danger could materialize and must be kept a close patrol of. A large Russian military base in this region would be a great asset to Serbia's national security. I certainly hope it materializes. If the US built their Bondsteel on Serbian land, the Russians, as friends, can surely too.

Serbian soldiers are honourable soldiers. its a pity all sorts of people lead them. Unfortunately i would be surprised if VS could defend itself in its own barracks let alone this or any zone. we have halfwit politcians since 2000 who break constitution and laws left right and center to thank for that. Fortunately and i know our albanians in kosovo appreciate it very much ;) army is not key player. so i guess the zone is safe :)

We, that is serbs patrol the zone when we want, how we want full up down and sideways for last 8 years and you and your sisters know it very well :) and we came back since you albanians started attacking nato and nato nicely asked us to take over becuase they didnt know what to do.

Listen, pss.. i worked in kosovo too :) that doesnt give me right to lie about obvious facts of life. you want to get yourself informed about what KZB or GSZ as they call it is, and then what it means to set up outposts and camps and bases and patrol freely. Which is what we do.

Here's what it's about which anyway i'm sure you know :) but for the sake of those who dont. We want KZB and also air safety zone gone as such and that means that we, in fact VS can deploy heavy guns and radar and antiair systems. These things we dont have now. I repeat, how we deploy, camp or patrol KZB is entirely our thing and our decision both for VS and Mup. We need no permission and there's no Nato there.

OK don't know what to say, the safety zone is in Serbia as a buffer to keep Serbian forces from having access to the Kosovo border.

By the way, my brothers and sisters are no more Albanian than you are. Until I worked in Kosovo they did not know what an Albanian or Serbian was.
