Uncertainty over the EU’s Lisbon Treaty is set to continue after the Czech Constitutional Court said it will not give its ruling until next week.

Mircea: Most Croatians are not interested in joining EU its our lazy government that is. Just like NATO most Croatians did not want to join it few of our top asses decided. They said they knew better they don't have to go to the people for aprovel. Thats our wonderful democracy brought to us by our retards in Croatia. It is bad enough that the EU screws us in many areas but our politicians are removed from reality that is the worst.

Hungary and Latvia also received money from the EU. Serbia received money from the IMF.

Mircea: Explain to us why the EU gave a 20 billion euro loan for Romania for it not to go belly up dead just one week ago. I guess every thing is not going great in the EU imaginary fantasy land. How would it look if it happened to Romania before the EU enslaves as many peoples it can. All of the EU minions would be in a panic beside them selfs since they put all of their eggs in the EU basket. I forgot Romania got some ones else's eggs from the EU basket to help it survive another day. Eat drink be marry before the EU pyramid scheme collapses you will be very disappointed when your holding the empty baskets. Hungry people are easer to control the imaginary EU gravy train is on its way do you have your ticket it will only cost you few more eggs.

it's not the eu that's the problem, it's the mafia-like europarates... the non-elected, non-accountable, non-replacable 'council of europe' that has slowly gained complete control of the entire eu under the guise of economic prosperity. take a look back people, has the economic boom they promised not turned into the biggest depression since the 30's? what these criminals want is citizens that are obedient, broke and in debt. citizens that are slaves... NO THANK yEU!

I think the Czech Republic will ratify the Lisbon Treaty soon.
Klaus must sign the treaty. He has no other choice.

Leonidas: You are exactly right what the EU is morphing in to will be horrendous. It will be the worst of the past darkness that was in Europe. God help the blind dumb Europeans again who only think with their wallet and stomach.

The senators want the court to decide if the treaty forms the legal foundations for the creation of a European superstate. If it does then it violates the Czech constitution

The treaty envisages common economic policy,common currency,common foreign policy,common defence policy and common of legal and social policy.These policies are at present pursued by common institutions.
The EU is nothing like the old USSR but everything like a bit modernised Roman Empire with its deep colonial traditions and desires, fascist tendencies, reactionary religious institutions, ethnic tensions and ultra-nationalism in the mix.
The EU is utterly undemocratic and utterly unaccountable. Their accounts have not been signed off for fourteen years (any private or public company would have been closed down over a decade ago), and the expense troughing, which makes Parliament's look tame, continues. Anyone who breaks silence on it from within is kicked out.
I think the constitutional court will clear the last hurdles for the treaty because to decide otherwise will cause a constitutional crisis in the Chech republic and probably its demotion from the decision makin process.
