"The loan granted to Serbia for the revival of the economy without any conditioning, of which USD 200mn will go to the budget and USD 800mn for development projects. Its to bad the Serbian politicians sold the NIS gas company for so little 400 million to the Russians without any biders. At that time it was at least worth 2 billion and the energy and finance ministers were up in arms over the bad deal but were overruled by the Serbs top heads. If their was a biding process could have even in all probably got more. Now Serbia has to get loans from Russia also every where else that should have been in the fist place Serbian money. Pay all of the loan back with interest go figure why such a horrendously bad deal. It dose not put the Russians in a good light or the Serbian top politicians.
