Sounds good on paper, but knowing what the Serbian government is like, the visit will mostly include a nice dinner, some laughs, and then the signing of a piece of paper, and a few handshakes. And in reality...this changes nothing at all.

This is a good move for Serbia, Israel has had years of experience combatting terrorism and Islamic radicals. We can learn alot from them and should look to them as diplomatic allies.
