Đelić: SAA to be unblocked in December?

The first realistic date when the SAA could be unblocked is at the EU summit in December after Serge Brammertz’s next report, says Deputy PM Božidar Đelić.

I understand Mr. Djelic's optimism, but it is not up to him to decide on whether the SAA will be activated.
It would be much more responsible on his part to tell us what kind of response he received from Brussels.
