Spain and others should take action now. Don't treat a province as a state!

Seven countries you say? Hmm, I thought Serbia said the EU Commissions don't recognize Kosovo as a country. Where was your beloved Spain and Slovakia to block this?

It's good that Serbia's path towards EU is opening, but from this article you get the impression the EU is treating Kosovo in the same way they are treating Serbia: Independent countries.
