“Once Bosnia is stabilized and a new constitution, living up to EU standards, is put in place the country will be able to join NATO and the EU thereby bringing the entire region into the EU”. And thereby live happily ever after in pixy land where life will be one big long holiday – I don’t think so.

Karl Bilt is in Belgrade to ensure compliance, but even Boris Tadic has limits to what he can agree to. You can feel the desperation of the EU and US. They want to finalise this before the coming financial problems start to appear and these problems are on the horizon.

The threat of joining the EU a long process is an old and tired threat that looks more like a rag in the wind. It’s more like if you don’t do what we tell you no more pay offs, but as I said there is a limit to what Tadic can do as well.

There is a deep dislike and in some instances a hatred of the west in Serbia and Tadic has to also remember that this can quickly turn against him if not handled properly.

First let me just say that Kosova is a done chapter.

Kosovo is not a done deal. Check 1244. It is still valid!

Bildt is a very shady character and the Bosnian people have a strong distrust in him. I sincerely hope that he himself realizes that the only way to make the Balkans a stable region and thereby bring about an end to fighting in Europe is to make Bosnia and Herzegovina a stable and functional nation where the rights of all of her citizens will be respected. Once Bosnia is stabilized and a new constitution, living up to EU standards, is put in place the country will be able to join NATO and the EU thereby bringing the entire region into the EU.

First let me just say that Kosova is a done chapter. Bildt's quick to Belgrade can be interpreted in one way.... that Belgrade should not interfere in Bosnia , or the way to EU can be very long and difficult.

Bildt undemocratic intentions are to put pressure on Tadic to put pressure on the Bosnian Serbs. Its called democracy.I call it totally unacceptable and the antithesis of freedom.Tadic is the leader of a motley collection of political parties. He speaks for no one but his cliques.
There is no pressure that can save a country which is kept together by the West and where a sizeable proportion don't want it.

(1) Let him explain why Kosovo can leave Serbia illegally while Serbs and Croats must stay in Bosnia!

(2) Why is Russia not involved in these talks?
