You see, for once you have the full name and you even know the address, so time to send him flowers, and at the same time disclose his hiding place to your US friends..., maybe you'll get a medal!

One question.

Is the Hague Serbia or something? "The minister said the army was investigating why the two officers had not told their superiors they had been authorized by the Hague' tribunal's top fugitive to pick up his pension." I would then assume that the Hague was aware of this. Further to that, since "Serbia thinks that the world is that dumb" was in partial reference to this side article I would then assume that you've made a link to the Hague knowing of this situation and in fact demonstrating some level of control, and then inferring that it is Serbia's role to 'fool the world'. This could then only lead to the conclusion that the Hague has moved into Serbia, because last I knew it was still in Holland.

I'm not making a comment on the article as much; though my opinion is that this should not have been happening, but I can also see how it could have slipped through, or even hidden during the last years prior to his going into hiding. If once detected it was properly dealt with, then that's the best for now and so be it.
I'm making more of a comment on the blatantly non-constructive posting, and the lack of effort that went into it. Sarcastic comments that cannot even be supported by the third party documentation you've provided are quite frankly far beneath your usual bar. The real surprise in that third party document was the implication of the Hague. If you would go so far as to site this article as supporting evidence then you cannot argue against the Hague's connection to this situation as it is stated. I would have wished you touched on that point as well.

I find the statements of Serbia willingly hiding him ridicolous.

By this logic then, one must assume that the US is hiding Bin Ladin. Afterall they've been trying to catch him just as long as Serbia has been trying to catch Bin Ladin.

And afterall the U.S. has significantly more tools at it's disposal to catch him. [Also there whereabouts seem to become unknown because of leaks -- Mladic case sympathetic members of security services, in Bin Ladins case NY Times journalist revealing he is being tracked through satellite phones].

Is there ANYONE who truly believes that Mladic would get a fair trial in the Hague? Does anyone believe that a person is INNOCENT before PROVEN guilty- the standard legal assumption in the civilized world. Or is Ljajic, Tadic and his "puppet" government simply a bunch of vigilantes who will do anything, will give anyone up, for the sake of their EU masters. The West simply wants to prove their OWN innocence by condemming Mladic through a "formal trial" (without a peer jury, of course). And the EU masters are telling the Dutch to "be firm", and are using the Dutch as their own pawns in this game. Gee, you think maybe it's time for new elections in Serbia to remove a government that is overtly and covertly handing over our sovereigny to the EU.

Kosova-USA if you are so certain that you know where Mladic is hiding, why not share your expertise with those that are putting in a huge effort to locate him? Your assistance would be very much appreciated. If you decide not to share your information them you could be considered to be in cohorts with those who hide him and as such maybe you should be careful what you say in case you are arrested for coluding. Why is the world full of so many experts who always have all the answers without ever really studying the questions?
