EUR 4.5bn of intl. assistance since 2000

Serbia has received a total of EUR 4.5bn in non-refundable international assistance since 2000.

The figure of 15% would be right while the rest is fresh air. It probably comes from the same cheque that was floating around from the reconstruction of Croatia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Iraq and now Afghanistan.

Do people expect this to be believed. Their were promises of upto 2 billion once Slobo was extradited, but the money was painfully slow in coming and after Djindjic died no government officials talked about it,

I'm pretty sure they;re couting loans and unfulfilled promises. In the end 15% of the stated figure is probably the truth.
