Enough is enough says Italy’s gay community

Organizers say 50,000 people turned out in Rome on Saturday to protest at what gay rights groups say is an increase in attacks on homosexuals this year.

well, if it's not the "romanian" gypsies, then it's the gays or the blacks or the albanians or the "arabians" from the south and so on.
MikeC, if in Italy are these problems, that doesn't make it right to discriminate gays in Serbia or in any other country, though I get your point, if 8 gay-haterad killings would take place in one year in any eastern european country, all the western NGOs and politicians would be screaming like crazy.

No Nation has the right to force its citzens to have to respect homosexuals!

homosexuals are not accepted by the church nor should they have to be by the Goverment. Does this make me a "bigot" then so be it!

I for one am tired of being bullied by Goverment and special interest groups to have to accept homosexuals is part of a diverse lifestyle, its not and in fact its just not moral. In a free country its my choice to accept them or not and I should not be looked down upon if I choice not to accept them. Call me what you will!

The respect of gay rights are only important when countries like Serbia doesn't respect them. When nations like Italy, Spain, France etc show lack of respect for homosexualls it should be kept quiet.
