Well, if the Dutch FM wishes “diplomatic chat” about tulips and cryptodepression then he is not needed...as it is recently announced solid 60% of Serbs are literate, so we can elaborate floral and geographic issues by doing “self-reading”.

But if ridiculous Dutch Diplomacy and relevant Diplomat wants to discuss issues of Serbia's essential economic and political existence, which would be very logical indeed for the simplicity of my humble human mind, and it is by Dutch side unilateral exposed sanctions, and consequently unfreeze of the same and SAA agreement with expected excuse for this political bully from Dutch side, then he can freely drop by in Belgrade.

Otherwise his visit is a "nonsense" charming offensive with no content (which will bring the political points only to himself and Dutch) and it is planed in order to respond on growing pressure and dissatisfaction from the rest of the EU leaders and will be nothing more then “make up” visit to show non-existent “human side” of Dutch Foreign Policy, so eloquently advocated by Verhagen himself.

So, Serbian Diplomacy: if SAA is not the main issue of this visit relevant Gent and his Delegation simply should not be welcomed!

Verhagen 2 Tadic: "Where's Mladic"

Tadic 2 Verhagen: "Don't know. Security services are looking down the back of every sofa in Serbia. They've only found coins."

Verhagen 2 Tadic: "So why am I here?"

Tadic 2 Verhagen: "So you can look important back home even though you know this visit is pointless and I can say 'look, the Dutch are talking to me'. We both get to blow hot air! Quid pro quo, Dude."

Verhagen 2 Tadic: "Bye"

"By the looks of things, Verhagen again appears only ready to make a visit where there would be no discussion of the SAA. Nor was he willing to discuss the matter earlier in the summer with his colleagues in the EU Council of Ministers, when he was only willing to approve a handful of trade privileges for Serbia, a proposal that was rejected."

Then what on earth will he be in Belgrade for? Maybe sightseeing.
