Tadić: Govt. will see out mandate

President Boris Tadić believes that the government will see out its entire mandate.

If Tadic attempts to lean too far to the West the people will rise against it naturally. Attempting to join NATO or selling Kosovo will be the fast track to a revolution. Whatever he does will be undone sooner or later anyway - it just may end up being messy so he needs to consider very carefully what he intends to do.

Milosevic leaned too far to the East and caused instability so Tadic could end up in the same boat if he leans the other way.

Serbia can benefit greatly if we find the right balance but that means remaining militarily neutral and protecting our interests.
