Visa decision expected in November

The European Parliament supports the abolition of visas for Serbian citizens on January 1, 2010, according to its rapporteur on visa liberalization.

How funny, the NATO exploits Albania by giving it membership but, its citizens cannot travel to Europe without visas. There is no benefit for the EU to allow Albanians traveling there, but having them send their young men to Afganistan, that's another story.

In fact, this is no offer at all. Ignoring fundamenal aspects of european law lead to the whole mess after letting in Bg & Ro, so whatever the EP says, neither BiH nor Al will get in until the legislation is adopted AND fully implemented.
