Sentences of KLA group commuted

I have been saying all along that Albanians are electing warcriminal for office and Albanians have the nerve to criticize Serbia for not being able to find the fugitive Mr Mladic and Mr Hadzic.
Is there honestly any Albanian out there who thinks Serbs will ever accept Pristina with warcriminals in power? If you do then you are dumber than I previously thought.

Why don't you do little backround check on your serb govermant and over 90% of your MP are /were participants of war crimes.

There is no denying that you are an anti Albanian, your views are crystal clear on this issue.

Just to clarify things a little bit here - the prime minister of Kosovo, the minister of transportation and the house speaker are the only office occupants which were directly involved and headed the KLA the other ministers and other branches of goverment were not connencted in any way form or shape to the command chain of KLA.

If the courts determine that any indvidual no matter how high up in the chain of goverment - was involved in criminal activity that person should be imprisioned.

If we want to move ahead and become part of the democratic world then the rule of law must be respected otherwise we turn into Somalia and Serbia.

As far as I am aware these individuals were sentenced by the highest court so they should serve their time and forever resign from the public office.

Friday’s ruling was taken by a three-member trial chamber made up of one Kosovo judge and two from EULEX.

The three were convicted of inhumane treatment, physical abuse and torture of prisoners, according to a EULEX statement.

And that's why they got less or did I miss a chapter...

These guys are small change, go after the head of the snake (Hash) - then there will be hobest justice in Kosovo's Albanian courts.

These KLA were mostly killing other Albanians they suspected of not cooperating with the KLA. The KLA was also known to kill rivals and there was assassinations between the 2 main factions of the KLA both before during and after NATO's airwar.

If they get out they will be a threat to the Albanians and their families who testified against them.

Many Albanian witnesses against the KLA have not and will not testify due the intimidation they received.

Since I am an outsider, pls name them and bring some facts so that we can all get smarter...

i'm just surprised that some of the KA camp members aren't talking about the innefficienies of the Kosovar justice system as they so often trash the Serbian justice system for similar behaviour.

But what is most interesting your good buddies the US are losing a grip on world affairs and the EU is begining to turn to Russia. I think Serb court has to start retrial as well to reduce the sentence of all convicted respectively.
