The main reason that Serbs are the majority of war criminals is for political reasons and not justice.

For your information Senal, Serbs were always part of Bosnia when it was recognised as an independent nation, but they did not like what was waiting for them so they fought and carved out their own territory called Srpska Republica, now officially recognised by all countries. However, based on your logic, “any self defence case, such as May 15, 1992... victim can not be charged” all the Serbs should be released from custody and I completely agree with you on that point. They were defending themselves from a repeat of WWII.

The Yugoslav army was withdrawing and were attacked by Muslims then between the withdrawl of the JNA and the formation of the Vojska Republika Srpska Muslims slaughtered Serbs in and around Tuzla and Srebrenica. It was practically Muslim military doctrine to attack withdrawing troups, civillian enclaves and occupy areas that were not held by Serbian military forces. We saw this pattern in Bosnia and Kosovo-Metohija.Serbs would withdraw troops and heavy weapons from an area due to a cease-fire or peace aggrement and the Muslims would use the opportunity to militarily reoccupy areas they lost to the VRS.If you are killed attacking withdrawing JNA troops Serbs are not to blame as it was a time there was still a federal Jugoslav communist government.

So basically Bosnians and their mujahadeen allies can do whatever they want and can't be charged, because of this so-called claim that everything they do is in "self-defense"?

What about the Bosnians who were playing football with severed heads, was that "self-defense" too?

12 years for the murder of 51 people is ridiculously mild.

At that time Bosnia was a sovereign state (March 1, '1992), recognized by EU (April 6, 1992) and U.S.A. (April 7th 1992), and by UN eventually (May 22nd 1992). And as such sovereign state had all the right for self-defense (as in any self defense case, such as May 15, 1992... victim can not be charged). We know today of the atrocities committed by Serbs in Bosnia (over 100 Serb war criminals convicted). Is there any doubt about their intent?
