A retired colonel who last December fatally injured a boy in a traffic accident in Leskovac was today found guilty and sentenced to 3.5 years in jail.

I'm certain if the suspect commited this criminal act in my country(Canada) his punishmnent would be more severe.Definitely his imprisonment could be more than a decade had he commited such an act in the country that I'm presently visiting(United States.)

Serbia's judicial and sentencing process is PATHETIC! This man should have gotten life in prison and sent to a jail in Pristina so the Albanians can "take care" of him.
