'Albania has had years to develope without interfearance and still its the same country it was 30 years ago. '

Did Hoxha ever receive an invitation to ring the closing bell at NASDAQ? http://www.tradingmarkets.com/.site/news/Stock%20News/2544393/

The ceremony, including a documentary on Albania, was broadcast on the NASDAQ Panoramic Tower, providing many Americans with their first view of the country.

If Albania is being promoted as a location for American investment, something has definitely changed in the past 30 years.

The future certainly doesn't look bright for these territories.

You mean these countries. I guess you never been to Albania and/or Kosova, before 2000 and now(2008).
I know how I left Kosova in 1974 and also I know how I found Kosova right after the war ended when I came for first time after so many years. I am very happy the way things have progressed and how Kosova is being built and developed. No need to tell you about Albania how far has gone after 5 decades of comunist dictatorship.
Serbia was spared of stone age bombing, but has not moved an inch since 2000, actually is just going backwords day by day.

“The fact that the commission passed a decision for abolishing visas does not mean that the job is finished. We must now show that we are implementing laws and a big challenge is ahead of us, to show that differing orientations will not endanger this,” Delević said.

Not long ago Serbia was bombed back to the stoneage and exposed to sanctions. Now, its heading for the EU and visa liberation. Albania has had years to develope without interfearance and still its the same country it was 30 years ago. Kosovo under occupation is even worse off. It is the biggest "refugee camp/prison" in the world. Poverty and crime has no limits. People can't leave but thousands of convicted k-albanians from abroad are being sent back. The future certainly doesn't look bright for these territories.
