EULEX convoy comes under fire

Yet another example of Albanians staging an attack on EULEX and trying to lay the blame on Serbs. Is this so they can claim that the north is unstable and it should be policed by Albanians?

To our Albanian colleagues:

Please read the text again.

"Unknown attackers opened fire on a convoy carrying EULEX special forces near Zubin Potok"

The text did not say "known Serbs, residents of Zubin Potok opened fire at EULEX".

There is such thing like "innocent till proven guilty".

Otherwise instead of joking about large weapon cache found in Presevo that it was mine and about bank robbery in Pristina I could, too say "Albanians led by Quetzal conspird again to do crimes again Serbs". In addition the bank robbery in Pristina, too is a good occasion to troll against you.

That trolling has a price - I am familiar with heartburn and do not want to have ulcer. Better laugh with your advisories at silly joke than go to a doctor alone.

Like in the case with Presevo or bank robbery in Pristina nothing is known, no need to offend the other side. That will just increase the chances to develop an ulcer and no point is scored against anyone because our ulcer is our, not yours. :-)

The motive is quite simple: Serbia knows only to take and never give.

They got the EULEX-MUP protocol but now they don't want the customs to work, that’s why they support these terrorist.

In this light it should be seen also the declarations of Russia and Romania about their concerns (read: danger of failure of their project to ethnically clean the north from Albanians) over the stability in north after the K-Albanians started to REBUILD THEIR OWN HOUSES. Serbia has the FULL backing from her greater brother to do whatever she wants in northern Kosova- including shooting at EULEX.

Every single act of good will or pragmatism is understood by Serbia as their victory and your weakness.

This is why I was very against and still am in doing adopting any act (read: protocol) that by Serbia could be interpreted as weakness.

Serbia has not deserved any favours- they still live in denial in their great surreal-conspiracy world and vote the major political parties the butchers of Seselj.

Serbia needs no carrots it needs SHOCK so finally can see the truth and the real world- afterwards the carrots can be given- this attack on EULEX is just one more proof of that. Serbs don't even know what compromise means.

They get visa liberalisation from EU and they shoot at EULEX. This is the truth- Serbs respect only the force, nothing else.

And the naïve Kosovar’s agreed to have 2,500 lightly armed defending forces...

Shot was agains Romanian troops - troops from country who supported Serbia. They don't shooting agains Americans or British. So - attackers must be from albanian side.

some albanian posters here need to learn basic statistics... since in kosovo (currently) there are 90% albanians and 10% rest (a fact that y'all seem to be very proud of), if a crime is committed, guess what?? there's a 90% chance that albanians did it!!

Albanians carry grudges for generations, they were obviously trying to payback the Romanian troops, for something the soldiers did under orders, and hoping that this cowardly incident would be pinned on the Serbs. Nice try, K_Albanians, but your plot is clear even to a blind man.

Please Serbian posters, don't blame Albanians for this attack: it cannot be them. Firstly, they do not possess arms. Secondly, even if they do, they are peace loving people, so they would use it only at the wedding celebrations. Thirdly, if it was them, they would do the simple manual job of overturning the vehicles right there on the spot. But then again, if they might bear some grudges against EULEX, why against Rumanians, why?
So, it must be a wedding party nearby and a bullet ricocheted...

It looks like there are two more judges have been assigned to EULEX: ben and Kosova-USA. Congratulations!

If Albanians wants to attack Romanians, they can at any given time. Romanian SPU is located with their base right accross from green market in Peja/Pec.
I get invited on every single ceremony that is held on that base, such as: Romanian national day or medal parades. I must say that I enjoy very much their food and their marshal art skill that is displayed during the ceremony.

Isn't this more likely to be a protest against EULEX plans to institute control over a customs point than an attack on Romanians? After all, it wasn't so long ago that vehicles of the Serbian government were stoned when crossing the border/boundary by ethnic Serbs.

The motive is quite simple: Serbia knows only to take and never give.
