It's members have gone into NGOs, government and it's prime activists are more concerned with spreading the Otpor method to other countries (i.e. Moldova being the most significant one).

As far as I'm concerned, Otpor and its influences still exist. As you mentioned, it is within Tadic's government, NGOs and interfering in internal affairs of other countries while still following the agenda of the US and NATO.
However, because they are now in power there is no purpose for it to be a resistance movement. Obraz and 1389 have taken its place, which is a threat to Otpor so these people are looking at ways to remove them. It simply won't happen and this government is showing immaturity.
It is important to respect their freedoms however much you disagree with their views. We have laws in place to deal with crime. Hooliganism was widespread even within Otpor so this really is a political issue that is likely to get messy.
Cracking down on crime is fine but banning legitimate opposition is a recipe for disaster. If this government did not follow NATO's agenda so much then groups like this would not gather as much influence.
