No wonder Serbia isn't going anywhere and needs bailout after bailout: the Minister of Economy announces new car models. What happened to capitalism?

When is B92 going to stop running with this non-story. On this forum I said 2 years ago that it was very unlikely that Fiat would invest a single Dinar in Serbia. Since that time, the world economy has crashed and the demand for cars has slumped. So far Fiat has invested on hot-air but no money in Serbia. Around the world car factories are shutting down weekly. In such a climate, does anyone now believe that Fiat is going to invest anything in Serbia?
