I looked at it, well, he was sounding a bit like a drunk man, however whenever he was a bit sober and not repeating himself he had some valid points as to the egemony of the super powers.

That definitely has to be changed and I guess that the previous speaker (Obama) went into that direction.

He calls for reforms while not even making a single coherent sentence. Totaly rediculed the GC in all its points. Let alone the his awkwardness and paranoia.
