Very funny. Do you have any more jokes like this one?

obviously the authorities (cia) can find mladic any time they want... they're the ones who told him where to hide... capturing him will be slightly harder, since he is a soldier, not a politician like karadzic... arresting him will be the toughest of all, not because of the difficulty of actually getting him alive, but because of the massive public outcry this would cause in serbia, bosnia and so on...

that. Serbia can not join the EU as long as its government is aiding and abetting genocidal war criminals like Mladic. It's a national disgrace that genocidal war criminals get to live freely in Serbia 14 years after the Srebrenica Genocide.
(BosnianJustice, 23 September 2009 19:54)

Yes you are right in being surprised that he was eventually seen in all the events you mentioned, but how I was surprised when one of my Dutch (yes Dutch) diplomat friend was telling me how frustrated they were to see Mladic coming every day in front of the regional Nato HQ and this 3 years after he was indicted!

Do you have any logic explanation for this? What about if this criminal was at that time protected by some super powers or a sort of deal was made.... Hopefully the truth will one day surface and uncover all the dirty behind of the scene involments!

"There is footage of Mladic living in his Belgrade apartment, attending weddings and picnics, as well as going on ski trips."

There is also fotage of Mladic attending the oscars in LA. He was filmed while discussing Robert Redfords latest film. He was also fotographed with Nelson Mandela at last years ANC awards. There is also pitures of him walking on the moon.

This is a joke simple as that. There is footage of Mladic living in his Belgrade apartment, attending weddings and picnics, as well as going on ski trips. All this was going on a decade after he was charged with genocide and in full view and knowledge of the Serbian authorities. I wonder if he's picking strawberries today as the 24/7 intense search for him continues. Well the Serbian authorities can lie to their people but the Dutch authorities know better then that. Serbia can not join the EU as long as its government is aiding and abetting genocidal war criminals like Mladic. It's a national disgrace that genocidal war criminals get to live freely in Serbia 14 years after the Srebrenica Genocide.

The Tribunal's problem is that much more people are ready to give him a shelter than to betray him. Moreover if this hunt is ( as I hope )failed this will be the most effective PR campain for all the elections to occur in Serbia after 2011. When the funerals in Haague are over he will be able to come out and be legalized by any Serbian court. It will just act as an English one using precedents of the late Tribunal.

Go after the criminals in Pristina government, Mr. prosecutor. Mladic is a Bosnian, what does Belgrade have to do with him? That would be like holding Tirana accountable for Thaci's war crimes.

Well informed sources indicate that the "day-and-night" hunt is code-named "Operation Penelope": what gets done during the day, is undone during the night.

i guess you hate the eu even more than you hate serbia, if that is possible.

After what happened to Karadzic I sincerely doubt that Mladic would stick around in Serbia.
Is the prosecutor going to travel the world to find him?
If Hague wants him then Hague should start looking for him.
My guess is that he is in Moscow drinking Vodka with Medvedev and Putin.
Hey Mr. Prosecutor, go and get him. Leg's see how far Putin will let you go in your quest.
(Peggy, 23 September 2009 13:28)
I agree with you Peggy, and at same time I am glad you admitt that Serb criminals have to places to hide, such as: Belgrade and Russia(whole russian territory).

I hope general Mladic will never be arrested. Joining EU for Mladic is not a good trade for Serbia. Mladic has been accused of all kind of things but he gave Serbs in Bosnia freedom from jihadist and sharia muslim influence. For that Serbs should be eternaly greatfull. Theere is no doubt in my mind that our neighbours don't want peace with Serbia. What they want is the destruction of our proud nation and people. Kosovo is a great example of that. See what multiculturalism has brough us. Mladic stood up for his people and for that I respect him.

Hahaha, acting as if he is a real prosecutor and doing the talking in a court. What happened to the "organ trade" ? Every day he came with new "evidence," until someone was arrested trying to bribe people with 300,000 EUR to lie.

Lenard

Mladić in the Hague, there'll be no Serbia in Europe. Last I heard and seen Serbia was in Europe did EU say pack yore bags and leave. I think Ratko Mladić was in the security services building with his old security service friends. Laughing having coffee saying what a bafoon War Crimes Prosecutor Vladimir Vukčević is.
