Serbia To Shortly Ascend to the EU Says SPAIN.

Irrefutable Proof ICTY Is Corrupt Court/Irrefutable Proof the Hague Court Cannot
Legitimately Prosecute Karadzic Case

This legal technicality indicates the Hague must dismiss charges against Dr karadzic and others awaiting trials in the Hague jail; like it or not.

Unfortunately for the Signatures Of the Rome Statute United Nations member states instituting the ICC & ICTY housed at the Hague, insofar as the, Radovan Karadzic, as with the other Hague cases awaiting trial there, I personally witnessed these United Nations member states openly speaking about trading judicial appointments and verdicts
for financial funding when I attended the 2001 ICC Preparatory Meetings at the UN in Manhattan making the iCTY and ICC morally incapable trying Radovan Karazdic and others.

I witnessed with my own eyes and ears when attending the 2001 Preparatory Meetings to
establish an newly emergent International Criminal Court, the exact caliber of criminal
corruption running so very deeply at the Hague, that it was a perfectly viable topic of legitimate conversation in those meetings I attended to debate trading verdicts AND
judicial appointments, for monetary funding.

Jilly wrote:*The rep from Spain became distraught and when her country’s proposal was not taken to well by the chair of the meeting , then Spain argued in a particularly loud and noticably strongly vocal manner, “Spain (my country) strongly believes if we
contribute most financial support to the Hague’s highest court, that ought to give us and other countries feeding it financially MORE direct power over its
decisions.”

((((((((((((((((((((((((( ((((((((((((((((((((((((( Instead of censoring the country representative
from Spain for even bringing up this unjust, illegal and unfair judicial idea of bribery for international judicial verdicts and judicial appointments, all country representatives
present in the meeting that day all treated the Spain proposition as a ”totally legitimate topic” discussed and debated it between each other for some time. I was quite shocked!
The idea was "let's discuss it." "It's a great topic to discuss."

Some countries agreed with Spain’s propositions while others did not. The point here is, bribery for judicial verdicts and judicial appointments was treated as a totally legitimate
topic instead of an illegitimate toic which it is in the meeting that I
attended in 2001 that day to establish the ground work for a newly emergent
international criminal court.))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

In particular., since "Spain" was so overtly unafraid in bringing up this topic of trading financial funding the ICC for influence over its future judicial appointments and verdicts in front of every other UN member state present that day at the UN, "Spain" must have
already known by previous experience the topic of bribery was "socially acceptable" for
conversation that day. They must have previously spoke about bribing the ICTY and ICC before in meetings; this is my take an international sociological honor student.

SPAIN's diplomatic gesture of international justice insofar as, Serbia, in all of this is , disgusting morally!

SPAIN HAS TAUGHT THE WORLD THE TRUE DEFINITION OF AN
"INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT."

As Serbia is the economic powerhouse in the Balkans, the EU is desperate to gain control over that territory, to impose its foreign polices and its rules. The EU wants Serbia to continue propping up the rest of the failed states of the former Yugoslavia as it did while they were one country. At the moment the EU has that delightful job of filling the enormous empty purses of Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Macedonia or BiH.

For those that wish to see the delights of the EU just have a look at your neighbours such as Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary or the rest of the former eastern block and ask yourselves just how much they have progressed in the last 20 plus years since the fall of communism. If I was a Serb I would not be rushing to join the EU because it’s your politicians that will benefit and not you.

Ratko Maldic’s location is known to all but he does not want to give himself up and he has stated in the past that money does not interest him at all so that stalemate remains. All that have given themselves up to date have been well paid for doing so.

What complete rubbish.

Clearly you know nothing about EU entry criteria, let alone how selective the EU is in applying what they legally can demand of candidate countries.

The Baltic states were allowed to join the EU despite their discrimination of their russian minority (in violation of the EU acquis communautaire), the Estonian parliament has still not ratified its border agreement with Russia, Bulgaria and Romania were let in despite completely failing to meet the minimum standards for corruption and organized crime.

You can 'claim' whatever you want, but there is not a shred of evidence (sources?) to support your opinion which you masquerade as 'fact'.

You wand good neighbourly relations then stop demanding parts of Serbias territory! Who is going to force Spain, Slovakia, Cyprus etc to recognize Kosovo? Are they going to be kicked out of the EU if they don't recognize Kosovo? The Americans and the brits are behind this mess so they will have to deal with the consequenses. I can assure you that Serbs rather be left out then to recognize the worst crime ever against our people and our nation.

Is it me, or do the Dutch live in some parallel universe? These people try to portray themselves as "above it all," but where were they in 1999? In 1995? Rwanda in 1994? and the list goes on..

This is laughable that they are bent on trying to make up for Srebrenica (Dutch troops there don't forget)and trying to stand up for "injustices." It's interesting I don't see them get bent out of shape like this for Tibet, Darfur, etc.... Yet, they allow Muslim extremists to live right under their noses because they all want to practice a "Kumbaya" fire chat because they are "civilized". No wonder Americans over here view them as the softest of the softy Western Europeans. The rest of Europe is trying to get Serbia into the EU because they want them for access to Asia (sorry Kosovars, you're not that important in the grand scheme of things), yet these guys are stuck on "we want Mladic, we want all human right violations taken care of, we want peace, etc..." The Dutch need to get over themselves and open up their eyes and put down the pipes...

Smulan - Good neighbourly relations with surrounding countries. As Kosovo isn't recognised as a country by the UN, Serbia doesn't need to have good neighbourly relations with the "Republic of Kosovo" because the Eu onnly recognises countries (i.e. having a UN seat which is what you need to be a member of the EU), not provinces of countries, which is EXACTLY what Kosovo is - a province of Serbia.

keep dreaming that Kosovo is independent because it's just a matter of time before Serbia regains it's rightful ownership of Kosovo. Serbia just has to be patient.

(Smulan, 22 September 2009 11:37)

The problem is, Pristina is de-facto ruled by EULEX, North Mitrovica Police Unit, Peter Feith, Santa Claus and Дед Мороз. (OK, the last two only in December). Others to mention are Camp Bondsteel, UNMIK, Drenica Clan.

To much entities to deal with, in particular, the Drenica Clan is a criminal gang despised by every honest Pristinian. It's like that old joke from Cabaret, re-worded:

Good news:
"K-Albanians are smart, honest and supporting Drenica Clan of Thaci"

Bad news:

Unfortunately, there is still work to do:

- Who is smart and honest: despises Drenica gang
- Who is smart and supports Drenica gang: is not honest
- Who honestly supports Drenica gang: is not smart.
