Rest assured that the young Frenchmen are receiving first rate medical care, and that Serbian universities are educating top grade experts in all fields of medical sciences.
Your own "Kosova" doctors - at least those considered to be good ones, are mostly Belgrade University educated, like it or not. You're welcome to check the records at any faculty of BU.
