You know full well that we have not been successful at sports, and granted that we have had talent, they have always been bought by other countries. this my friend is jeaulosy. You see i am greek and we lost to spain, instead of beiing jelouse to spain and call them whatever, i recognize their talent and good play. My sympathy is with serbia not cause we lost to spain but cause serbia deserves it same way as spain does and even more because you see very young kids on serbian sides and well ready made players on spain side.

What a soar loser are you (but I did not expect anything else). How is Kosovo doing in sports these days? Nothing, zero, and Kosovo will never participate in anything worth mentioning except the US sponsored and organized Miss World. No IOC and UEFA memberships. With 70% unemployment and lots of young people they should have enough time and a pool of athletes to pick from, but whatever time and money you will invest it is going to useless. At Greece got the third spot and if Serbia can control Paul Gasol they will have a good chance to win the EC. Go Team Serbia and make us all proud.

Such ridiculous post can come only from someone with albanian roots.Are the grapes really so sour?Here we speak about basketball the second most popular ball game in the world and a team which consist almost only of youth players led by a geniuos coach.Suddenly someone appears with judo on this forum a sport which is followed only by families of those involved and a part of general public only during olympic games.Serbs have never been good at third and fourth line sports but at those most popular and most watched where the competition is the highest as well as money involved(tennis ,basketball,soccer,volleyball).I am half polish half hungarian and despite the fact the regarding olympic gold medals Hungary has won the most compared to total population out oif all nations in the world I envy serbs because they highly overperform in those sport disciplines which really matter.Just switch to a sports chanel and no matter what is televisied you will always bump into serbs.As to albanians.They have never participated in any major ball game event and even never won a medal of any coulour in the olympic games.And even could not provide hot water to visiting danish team during WC 2010 qulifier last week for which they were fined 30 000 euroes.What a shame.Comparing a fly with a lion.

Majlinda Kelmendi from albania won a junior European Championship title in woman's 52 kg categhory.Shame on me that I have not heard about this event and neither have my sportfan friends despite the fact that 2 hungarian girls also won gold medals.The only problem is that as I mentioned in my previous comment only the families of participants are interested in such events as opposed to basketball EC,tennis grand slam events or soccer matches from major leagues which are watched by hundres of millions worldwide .While soccer,volleyball ,tennis and basketball is played by millions I highly doubt that there are more female judokas in that weight cathegory than chickens in my aunt's backyard.
