New ambassador is “sign of improved relations”

Montenegrin Foreign Minister Milan Roćen said that the agreement for naming a new ambassador to Belgrade is a sign of improving relations.

I wonder how long this renewed frienship is going to last if the Albanians declare parts of Montenegro theirs and try to secede. Serbia should return the favour and immeditely recognise them. What sort of impact would this have on the relations then?

Well you said it yourself! Countries are PRESSURED to recognize Kosovo and not because they believe in your cause or because it's the right thing to do. How many of those countries that recognized Kosovo has representation in Kosovo? No many that's for sure.

Podgorica is in no case interested in improving the relations. They spent too much efforts to turn it back now. This elite is interested to distance from Serbia as a guarantee for their independence. And there's nothing they are not ready to sacrifise for the right to exploit this peace of land by themselves. Unfortunately it is happening all over the world when brother peoples are splitted and turned into rivals.
