Belgrade Mayor Dragan Đilas says there is a lack of security for members of the public and wants the authorities to outlaw all groups that call for violence.

Well Jason probably doesn't mix himself up in fights with football fans. And this is a rare case.
It does seem like the football hooligans are getting worse and worse. They need to be watched by guards, bouncers (in bars) and police more I guess.

It was unfortunate that the french supporter got hurt so bad. But really, you can't use this to outlaw football supporters or political parties. That would be the marks of a police state and definitely not in line with the "european path". Serbs are free and proud people. Don't destroy that.
