To me taking the case to ICJ is a waste of time. Serbia lodged the application purely te gain time in trying to prevent further recognitions. Serbia has not intention in accepting the ICJ opinion. I expect the decision to be something to satisfy both parties in other words both parties can be happy and enjoy their victory. One thing is for CERTAIN. There is no return to Serbia. Anyone with sound mind knows that. Was it worthy to go to ICJ? For Albanians no. For Serbia yes so it can be used as an excuse towards Serbian public that we did everything we could to stop the breakaway. It will be also good excuse to desibilise Bosnia Hercegovina. Why not?))))

The best that the Serbs can hope for is that the ICJ might issue one of those confusing statements to allow both sides to claim victory. And of course Kostunica and Kurti will interpret it in their own twisted way, reminding us how the other side 'won'.
