Listen Mirc, Romania can do much better than exporting their problems and therebye lower the skyrocketing unemployment. The only reason Romanias oligarchs and politruks are getting more money from €USSR is brecause NATO need your territory. But by going east and kick the IMF you can put all these people in work for your own good...

The EU is helping the countries of Central and Eastern Europe to rebuild their economies. The USSR destroyed the countries of Central and Eastern Europe during the 50 years of communism.
(Mircea, 15 September 2009 15:07)

To my best knowlage most east and central european countries were not mebers of USSR but at least could sell their substandart products there.I am far not an adviser of planned economy but neither free market where you are free to buy but not sell. And that financial"aid" from EU is notzhing else but money paid to NGOs(the inside enemies of east and central european countries) means neccesery to build infrastructure which serves the interests of western companies so that they can sell easier their products and some money given to firms owned by some EU-janichars most of whom were leading commies or secus 2-3 decades ago(or their fathers).Otherwise my personal experiance is that tose who are the biggest EU enthusists now used to be the best pioneers chanting"Long live comrade lenin and caucescu" and once EU is over(very soon)the same guys will be spitting at it more than anyone else.

What has happend to War Criminals like Mladic, Hadzic and Co. Are they in arrested and International War Crime Tribunal? Or maybe Serbia is still hiding them

While Serbia (and for that matter all countries in the Balkans) has a long way to go in achieving a free and liberal society, I don't see the need to rush and comply with the EU demands for eventual membership. There is also something irritating in the way Balkan countries are racing to voluntarily surrender their sovereignty and subject themselves to an international surveillance over domestic policies. Centrally-controlled systems like EU are dangerous. Stay away.

"Serbia needs to seal the borders with Albania forever. "

Serbia signed an agreement last week to do just that, not seal but patrol.

This has a good sound to it but it just doesn't make any sense. In fact, you could say the same thing about any place with the same effect. Try this " The Moon is Serbian and so are the people"

Hank,
i agree with your statement.

Serbia needs to seal the borders with Albania forever. Serbia's territory is smaller today than ever before, and all because of multiethnic tolerance.

Time to look after Serbs, as

Kosovo is Serbian and so are the people.

Mircea,
did Serbia need Hitler in World War II.

Where would society be today if all the people in the world had sided with Germany's and Austria's Hitler.

On what path is the european society headed today. How can the EU preach about multiethnic tolerance and open borders after tearing Yugoslavia apart.

Germany at the height of the EU are only self involved, and are steering the ship in their favour.

I say no to this so called EU regime, otherwise why the fight for self identity.

By the way, Serbia once again will win the soccer match against Romania.

Long live the independent and free thinking society of Serbia.

Hank the Tank,

Yes, Serbia needs the EU. All the countries of the Western Balkans need the EU. Iceland also needs the EU.

Sweden, Denmark and the UK need the euro.

Mircea,

Mladic will live free for good.
Irish will vote NO.
Serbia will avoid €USSR .
Serbia will win the match at least by 2 goal difference.
That is all for the moment.

Does Serbia really need the EU? Imagine in the future when Seriba and Albanian areas are members of the EU. Albanians will then expand due to their uncontrolable birthrates to the rest of Serbia since there won't be any borders. Today they try to steal Kosovo, tomorrow the rest of Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro. No thanks to the EU!

Mircea

pre 14 godina

I think that Serbia will submit its application for EU membership after Mladic is arrested.

To all Irish citizens:

Vote YES for the Lisbon Treaty on 2 October.

I am looking forward to the Serbia-Romania football match on 10 October. I hope that Romania will win the match.

"As confirmed by the European Commission in May, Serbia has made significant progress in all fields and fulfilled the majority of conditions from the road map."

It's not true.

Serbia has not satisfied the major condition of supplying with at least 25% of his citizens with biometric passports.

You are just watching between fingers to Serbia- that's all. But don't expect that someone believes you.
