i dont know if you understand English but it does not say independence in this article and vojvodina is 70% Serbs and all it says is to give them a say and that's it where does it say independence here.

It's useless to talk to an Albanian about democracy and regionalization. Albania has neither, which pretty much explains why it is in such a poor condition. Most european coutnries, as well as America, are devided into regions, districts and states and still part of a country. It's just wishfull thinking for Albnains to see Serbia fall apart. Look at the problems Kosovo has to gain recognition despite the war and a majority Albanian population. If its hard for Kosovo to get recognized it will be impossible for Vojvodina.

Hazel has special inside information like many other Albanian and Croatian posters here. Not only will Vojvodina become independent, but Texas is also planning to become independent, Albania plans to put a man on the moon in 2012, Kosovo plans to become a democracy by 2010 and Croatia will formally apologise for the atrocities it committed during WWII against the Serbs. And if you don't believe me, then ask Hazel and she and others informed me of the aforementioned events.

you must be kidding you albanians think kosovo is independent when its not and yet your 88% in kosovo but if all the illegal albanians get deported out of kosovo and the Serbs return then it will be 40% albanians and 55% serbs and 5% other minorities like the Roma abd so on and yet your talking about independence for a province in serbia which has 70%+ serbs you must be a little kid talking albania is not even your land to begin with did you know that the country you call albania was greek and serbian lands before you came to the balkans because you are not the illyrian race like you claim there is facts out there even your own historians say your not from the balkans and did you also know that skanderbeg is serbian also but you consider him your hero all historians say this and in albania you are not even 65% because there is 500,000 greeks and 300,000 slavic macedonians and serbs they figure about 80,000 and romas so we could all dived albaia up the same way you think vojvodina will split even with a 70%+ serb population there.

They should, as soon as Albania give Northern Epirus independence and as soon as Republica Srpska becomes free and independent.

NATO attacking Serbia! Ha ha ha! They are more likely to attack albania in order to stop the drug flow to Europe.

Hazel, the end of Yugoslavia has already happened. Where have you been for the last 20 years? The end of Yugoslavia began before any shots were fired and that is thanks to Slovenia and Croatia.

Why does the thought of breaking up Serbia into minute pieces bring you so much joy? How will it change your life if Serbia breaks up even further?

Vojvodina is not going anywhere. A minority will never get enough votes to secede.
